Enforcing Tribunal Awards

Tough new measures to improve the payment of employment tribunal awards and reduce the costs of enforcing unpaid ones were announced this week by Justice Secretary Jack Straw. The measures mean that High Court Enforcement Offices will take on the recovery of awards granted by employment tribunals and also payments due under out of court settlements.
