Howrey to aquire IP boutique Day Casebeer

Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder is in advanced talks to be acquired by 750 lawyers-firm Howrey with a deal likely to close soon. High-end intellectual property boutique Day Casebeer was hit by the Qualcomm discovery disaster. The firm was sanctioned in January 2008, after Qualcomm failed to turn over crucial documents in discovery.
