Dinsmore and Woodward in merger talks

Cincinnati law firm Dinsmore & Shohl and Louisville’s Woodward Hobson & Fulton LLP are discussing a possible merger according to Jon Fleischaker, managing partner of Dinsmore’s Louisville office. Dinsmore has more than 400 attorneys in 10 offices across the US, while Woodward Hobson & Fulton has about 55 attorneys in Louisville and Lexington.
