Allen & Overy partner Parthasarathy joins Indian ally Trilegal in Mumbai

Allen & Overy partner Srinivas Parthasarathy is to leave the firm’s Singapore office to become a partner of Indian law firm Trilegal, with which the magic circle firm has a non-exclusive referral relationship. Parthasarathy will join Trilegal in Mumbai and head the firm's capital markets team. Parthasarathy is expected to develop the co-operation between the two firms on capital markets, banking and private equity work.
