Greenberg Traurig Maher adds M&A lawyer Ewan Robertson

October 14, 2009 Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP, the firm recently established in London by international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, announced that Ewan Robertson will be joining the firm as a shareholder in its mergers and acquisitions practice. The addition brings the number of lawyers in the rapidly growing firm to 20.

Robertson will join Greenberg Traurig Maher from Dundas & Wilson, where he was a partner in the Corporate Practice. His practice encompasses corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on transactional and projects work, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, particularly in the energy and real estate sectors.

Greenberg also announced that Cindy J.K. Davis has joined its Atlanta office as a shareholder in the Financial Institutions and Business Reorganization & Bankruptcy Practices. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Davis was a partner with Paul Hastings.
