Greenberg hires SJ Berwin partner for City securities team

Greenberg Traurig Maher (GTM) has added yet another partner, boosting its City headcount to 15 partners. Laura O'Neill, a partner with SJ Berwin, will join the US firm in 2010. O'Neill is the 15th lateral hire for GTM since it was launched by former Mayer Brown partner Paul Maher in London in June. GTM's now has twelve corporate and securities lawyers.
