Weil Gotshal pays associates bonuses of up to $50k

Weil Gotshal & Manges, known for its lucrative bankruptcy practice, is paying associates with strong ratings bonuses of between $7,500 and $35,000. Top-performing senior associates can expect between $30,000 to $50,000. Base compensation for senior associates will range from $170,000 to $290,000 in 2010 according to a memo by Weil Gotshal's chairman Stephen Dannhauser.
