DAC completes combination with City's KSB

Davies Arnold Cooper (DAC) has completed its merger with City practice KSB Law, with both firms’ lawyers and staff now sharing office space at DAC’s Bouverie Street headquarters. The tie-up sees more than 60 lawyers and support staff join DAC from the smaller City oufit, with KSB’s fee earners in London and St Albans-based having moved over to DAC in December. The merged firm, which will practise under the DAC banner, now intends to use KSB’s offices in St Albans primarily as a base for serving for serving real estate and construction clients in the southeast region.
