Denton Wilde Sapte, TLT advise Virgin Money on banking bid

Denton Wilde Sapte and TLT Solicitors have secured lead roles on Virgin Money’s first venture into the banking sector through its offer to buy a private bank. Virgin Money, part of Richard Branson's Virgin empire, said it had agreed to buy regional private bank Church House Trust, which has offices in Yeovil, Leeds and London.
