Appleby raids rival for Guernsey gambit
Offshore firm Appleby will open an office in Guernsey in spring after poaching four partners from rival firm Ozannes. Barney Lee and Helen Crossley will comprise the corporate practice in the roles of group partners, while Jeremy Le Tissier and Gavin Ferguson will form the litigation, insolvency, private client and trust practices as partners. David Clark, a banking partner in Appleby’s London office, will relocate to head the new base.
