Ex-Hengeler partner Grobecker quits Milbank after just ten days
Just ten days after he started work as a new partner of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCoy, former Hengeler Mueller partner Wolfgang Grobecker has already resigned from Milbank, reports legalweek. Grobecker departed Milbank yesterday, following an unusual public claim by Hengeler that Grobecker was asked to leave late last year over alleged, unspecified misconduct. Grobecker's move from Hengeler Mueller to Milbank's 36-lawyer practice in Germany had been seen as a coup for the US law firm.
