Student wins honours in ISRO contests

A few months of research on space laws has now helped Sreekumar walk away with top honours along with Soumya Lakshmi Rao, a fourth year student at the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University of Law, Hyderabad, in the law category in an all-India competition for college students conducted by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). The contest was held in connection with the 58th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Hyderabad from September 22 to 28. Sreekumar is the only student from the State to reach the finals and one of the five students of law among 50 other college students.
