The London branch of France-headquartered, Gide Loyrette Nouel LLP is advising the Government of India on the sale of 8.38 percent of its stake in National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC). Bar & Bench had earlier reported that 7 India firms are in the race to advise the Government.
