Mori Hamada & Matsumoto makes seven new partners

Japanese firm Mori Hamada & Matsumoto has chosen seven associates from among its own ranks for promotion to the partnership. The firm has beefed up its M&A practice by elevating five lawyers with M&A expertise: Hiromi Hayashi, Takauki Kihira, Yoshihiro Kojima, Atsunori Nobukuni and Rintaro Shinohara; and the corporate governance and litigation practice areas have also been given a boost with the appointment of Atsuko Hamaguchi and Daisuke Oda.
