Saudi Aramco veteran takes top legal post

The top legal role in Middle East energy giant Saudi Arabian Oil Co (Saudi Aramco) has been awarded to lawyer David Kultgen, who has worked with the company for 37 years after joining directly from law school. He will replace Stanley McGinley, who will now serve as the company's senior vice president. The company, which employs 54,000 staff, generated $233.3bn in sales in 2008.
