Nixon Peabody appoints new managing partner for China and Asia Pacific practice
Nixon Peabody has appointed a new managing partner for the China and Asia Pacific practice, after the previous managing partner – Henry Liu – left the firm to work with DLA Piper. David Cheng is a partner in the firm’s tax controversies and litigation team, and takes up the role of managing partner from the Shanghai office.
