MMB Legal advises Tejas on Ethos Networks acqusition

Tejas Networks Limited (Tejas), a Bangalore-based company engaged in the manufacturing of optical networking products has acquired Israel based Ethos Networks, which specializes in carrier ethernet and network management products. MMB Legal advised Tejas in a share-swap deal, where investors of Ethos Networks will get shares of Tejas. The details of the share swap have not been released to the media. Partners Mahesh Madan Bhat and Amrut Joshi led the MMB Legal team while the in-house legal team in Israel advised the Ethos Networks.
