Shakespeare Putsman and Needham & James set to merge

UK firms Shakespeare Putsman and Needham & James are set to merge on 1 July, creating a £24 million enterprise with a partnership 56 lawyers strong. Paul Wilson, Shakespeare Putsman chief executive said the extreme economic conditions experienced over the past two years had intensified competition and complexity within the legal marketplace. The new firm will be called Shakespeare Putsman.
