Watson Farley & Williams reports record revenues
Watson Farley & Williams has posted a growth in revenue of 9 per cent, going from £73.5m in 2008-09 to £80.2m this financial year. This is the third year of very high growth for the firm. Last year revenue was up 25 per cent on 2007-08 while the previous year it grew by 9 per cent. Managing partner Michael Greville said “Following a robust performance in the previous financial year, during 2009/10 we continued to experience growth through increased fee earner headcount, which included opening new office in Madrid and more recently a number of lateral hire partners to strengthen further the firm’s practices. At the same time we maintained work levels to keep people busy.”
