Skadden hires top antitrust partner from Clifford Chance

Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has secured the hire of Simon Baxter – formerly the global head of the European competition and regulation group at Clifford Chance. Baxter has been a partner at Clifford Chance since 1998. Bruce Buck – the London head at Skadden – commented that this was “a unique opportunity” for the firm to bring on board one of Europe’s leading antitrust lawyers.
