Allen & Overy raises bonuses and grants extra day of holiday

Allen & Overy has announced amended bonus guidelines for associates in light of increased profits. Newly qualified solicitors will see an average $5,000 bonus, those with two years post-qualified experience (‘PQE’) will earn an average bonus of $7,500, those with three years PQE will get between $14,500 and $30,000, and Senior Associates will take home between $29,500 and $60,000. The firm has also granted an extra day of holiday to thank staff for their during the economic downturn.
