Dechert has boosted its new Dublin office with the hire of Michelle Moran, formerly the head of legal at Invesco Perpetual. Funds partner Declan O’Sullivan said that Moran “has tremendous experience in the institutional marketplace across all asset classes, having had responsibility for the Invesco Luxembourg and the UK. “Her decision to join Dechert emphasises that we’re the only firm that can offer a first-class full service for financial services clients both geographically across the EU, the US and Asia, and for all aspects of the business, especially on corporate and tax matters.”
