The Takeover Regulations Advisory Committee (“TRAC”) constituted by Securities Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) to review the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 (“Takeover Code”) submitted its report to SEBI on July 19, 2010.
