Bar council joins protest against all-India exam

The Bar Council of India is at the receiving end of flak yet again, with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa opposing the All India Bar Examination. In a Special Meeting the decision was taken to submit an affidavit with the objections filed in by the other Bar Councils in the Supreme Court, where the matter is coming up for hearing on July 30.
