Gibson Dunn launches in Hong Kong with GE hire

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has launched an office in Hong Kong after hiring a lawyer from General Electric International. Kelly Austin, who spent eight years in Hong Kong with General Electric International and joins the Gibson Dunn as a partner, will head the office, which will focus on corporate transactions and corporate compliance, regulation and investigations.
