Clifford Chance raids Singaporean ex-partner firm for its head of capital markets

Clifford Chance has hired the head of capital markets from its former joint-venture firm in Singapore - WongPartnership. Raymond Tong has worked closely with lawyers from Clifford Chance during the nine year alliance between the two firms, and he will now join their ranks to help the firm build its own Singapore capital markets practice, following the grant of a licence from the Singapore government last year.
