Australian firm Henry Davis York appoints new chairman
Henry Davis York has appointed Philip Crawford as the chairman of partners. Crawford is an insolvency, commercial and banking expert, and has worked with Henry Davis York for over 30 years.
Crawford’s practice focuses on security enforcement, insolvency and bankruptcy, bank-orientated litigation, commercial litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. He advises banks on banker/customer disputes, frauds and forgeries, and has represented banks and bank officers in statutory enquiries established by ICAC, ASIC and other government agencies.
