SC cancels Ramalinga Raju’s bail: Mukul Rohatgi and a battery of counsels represent Raju and his brother

In a surprising development, the Supreme Court on Tuesday cancelled the bail of chief perpetrator of the Satyam scandal Ramalinga Raju (Raju) and five others including his brother, Rama Raju. In an order given by a Division Bench comprising of Justices Dalveer Bhandari and Deepak Verma, the Court said that it is normally slow in cancelling a bail once it is granted, but the extraordinary facts and circumstances of the case has prompted them to take this decision.
