Skadden starts up in Shanghai
Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom is opening a brand in Shanghai, the New York firm’s third office in the China region. The US giant is to officially open next week by relocating corporate partner and head of the China practice Gregory Miao, who spends his time between the existing Hong Kong and Beijing bases. Miao has a stellar list of clients in the region, including China CITIC Bank, Kodak, Yahoo, and Sinopec.
