Demand for onshore services is being driven by firms who are wary of sending work to outside jurisdictions, and the sector is supported by third-party vendor investment in onshore services as well as work centers developed by major law firms.” The report also predicts that attitudes toward the use of legal process outsourcing are on the move, and that law firms will become more willing to acknowledge their use of such services as part of their service strategy.
