Columbia Law School follows trend to introduce accelerated JD/MBA
Columbia Law School has announced the introduction of an accelerated J.D./MBA joint degree program, allowing students to obtain both a J.D. and MBA within three years. The move follows the trend set by Yale Law School and Northwestern University School of Law, which have also introduced accelerated programs. The program is more intensive than a normal course load: Students in the accelerated program are required to take at least 15 credits per semester, compared with the regular 13 credit course load.
