Intel acquires minority stake in Omnesys
Intel Capital, Intel Corporation's global investment organization has acquired a stake in Omnesys Technologies, Bangalore. Omnesys provides software for securities trading and order-management systems. Narasappa, Doraswamy & Raja advised Omnesys Technologies with a team led by Partner Siddharth Raja and Senior Associate Kshama Ravikumar. Intel was advised by AZB & Partners, Delhi with Partner Gautam Saha and Associates Sachin Mehta and Dushyant Bagga.
