Compensation survey of law firm partners shows majority is 'somewhat satisfied'
Recruiting firm Major, Lindsey & Africa has conducted a compensation satisfaction survey of law firm partners. Of the 1,873 partners that responded to the survey, 24 per cent said they were "very satisfied" with their pay, and another 52 per cent said they were "somewhat satisfied." Another 17 per cent said they were "not very satisfied," and 6 per cent said they were "not at all satisfied." Interestingly, 61 per cent of the respondents said they thought they should be paid more.
