Gibson Dunn adds five partners in Dallas

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has boosted its Dallas office with the hire of five new partners. M&A partner Jeffrey Chapman, litigation partners William Dawson, corporate partner Robert Little, and litigation partner Michael Raiff are all leaving Vinson & Elkins to join the team at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. They are joined by Robert Walters, a former Vinson partner serving as general counsel for Energy Future Holdings.
