Amarchand and JSA advise on BTS investments

BTS Investment Advisors, a Private Equity firm has invested Rs. 36 crore ($7 million) in Carzonrent, a leading car-rental and radio-taxi business (under the brand name of Easy Cabs). Amarchand & Mangaldas advised Carzonrent with a team led by Partner Harry Chawla along with Principal Associate Tampi Chandrasekhar and Associate Gaurav Dayal.
