Kennedys merges with Portuguese alliance partner

Kennedys has announced the completion of a merger agreement with its Portugal-based associate office Almeida & Athayde to launch Kennedys Portugal. Senior partner Nick Thomas said: “In making this move, Kennedys is consolidating its footprint in the Iberian peninsula and using this as a further platform to target the increasingly important insurance markets of Portugal and Portuguese-speaking territories in Africa, Asia and Latin America.”
