London firm LG makes promotes two to partnership
London firm Lawrence Graham has announce the results of its 2011 promotion round, making up two London lawyers to the partnership – down from four promotions last year, and three in 2009 and 2008. Commercial litigation lawyer James Sidwell and corporate lawyer David Ponsford both join the partnership from 1 May. LG managing partner Hugh Maule said: "We are extremely pleased to welcome James and David to the partnership. They really are rising stars in their respective areas of expertise and have excelled during their time at the firm, materially contributing to LG's overarching business objectives."
