Proskauer Rose encourages lawyers to use iPad

Proskauer Rose is offering all lawyers an iPad in an effort to encourage greater use of the technology. So far, 500 of the firm’s 700 lawyers have requested an iPad and a desktop computer over a laptop. The firm considers that there are significant gains to be wrought from the technology, which is extremely portable and allows lawyers to read and edit documents on the road, or to log billable hours.
