Holland & Hart expands in Salt Lake, adding 29 Lawyers

Holland & Hart has announced the hire of 29 lawyers in its Salt Lake City office. The new hires continue a period of expansion in the Salt Lake City office, following the hire of nine other Holme Roberts & Owen partners in March. The latest hires include seven partners from Holme Roberts, including energy partner and former managing partner of Holme Roberts’ Salt Lake office Jody Williams, energy and environmental partners William Ward and Angela Franklin, labor and employment partner Elizabeth Dunning, and commercial litigation partners Doyle Byers, J. Andrew Sjoblom, and Cory Talbot. Holland & Hart’s raid on Holme Roberts also took of counsel Eric Bawden, Jay Gurmankin and Oliver Gushee, as well as associates Mark Burghardt, David Hubbell, Ryan Jibson, M.B. Machlis, George Quinton, Stephen Sansom, Tamara Stevenson, and Steven Vuyovich. Of counsel Marie Durrant joins the firm after leaving a post as a legal fellow at The University of Utah's Institute for Clean and Secure Energy) and of counsel Roger Tsai joins from Parsons Behle & Latimer.
