Allen & Overy increases revenue by 7%

UK firm Allen & Overy has reported stable profit levels and profits per equity partner, despite increasing the number of partners at the firm from 451 to 487. The average profit per equity partner stood at £1.1m for the second consecutive year, while revenue increased 7% from £1,050.1m to £1,119.6m. “This has been a year of long term investment in our business,” said Wim Dejonghe, global managing partner. “We see that the much talked about shift from the West to the East is now a reality; one highlighted by our exceptionally strong performance in the Asia Pacific region."
