Fulbright & Jaworski merges with Houston IP boutique

August 3, 2011 Fulbright & Jaworski has announced a merger agreement with Houston intellectual property boutique Slusser Wilson & Partridge. The merged firm will operate under the Fullbright banner,

Steven Pfeiffer, the chairman of Fulbright's executive committee, said: "Our lawyers have worked with, and tried cases against [the boutique’s three name partners William Slusser, Michael Wilson, and Jayme Partridge] and are very impressed with their capabilities. This group is a strategic addition to our intellectual property practice during a time when businesses know that their ideas, processes, and information are among their most valuable assets."
