Singapore firm RHT boosts disputes practice with lateral hires

Taylor Wessing’s Singapore alliance firm RHT has boosted its litigation and dispute resolution practices with the hire of two partners from rival Singaporean firms. Veteran litigator and arbitrator Sim Yong Chan joins from Arthur Loke & Sim. Sim brings 28 years of experience with him. And litigator Tan Siew Kim joins the firm from Wong Tan & Molly Lim, where she was an associate director. The new hires bring the firm’s partnership to 29 partners. RHT was founded in May 2011 with a strategic plan of expanding the partnership. Most recently, the firm hired KhattarWong IP and technology partner Ung Gim Sei and Robert Wang & Woo litigation partner John Wang.
