Davis Polk & Wardwell follows the flock on annual bonuses

Davis Polk & Wardwell has announced that it will match the bonus structure put forward by Cravath Swaine & Moore. Like Cravath, Davis Polk's bonus scale begins with $7,500 for those in the class of 2010 and increases incrementally to $37,500 for the class of 2004. While Cravath had no associates from before the class of 2004, the Davis Polk scale also provides for payments of $42,500 to associates from the class of 2003 and beyond. Individualized bonuses will also be awarded to counsel and other attorneys with special arrangements.
