US firm Brown Drew & Massey set to shut down

Brown Drew & Massey, a US law firm that specialized in oil, gas and corporate practice, is set to shut down at the end of this calendar year, after being in business for more than 50 years. Senior partner Morris Massey said "Denver and Billings firms have hired away too many attorneys, and there aren’t enough of us to carry the existing overhead." Massey plans to strike out with Harry Durham and one or two other attorneys to establish a new practice in a smaller space in the same building.
