Eversheds launches integrated training program

Eversheds has announced the launch of a new "integrated training programme", under which trainees will complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) during their trainee contracts with the firm. The program is a cooperative effort with BPP Law School. Students will spend around four months with the school doing the core subjects of the LPC, and will complete their electives while working at the firm. BPP issued a statement saying that this was a "fantastic initiative...By enabling trainees to immerse themselves in the firm whilst studying, they can take what they learn on the LPC and apply it straightaway in a practical context".
