US firm Davis Polk follows the leader on bonuses
US firm Davis Polk & Wardwell has announced its annual bonuses for associates, matching the rates set by Cravath Swaine & Moore last month The Cravath bonus scale starts at $7,500 for the class of 2010 and increases incrementally to $37,500 for the class of 2004. Cravath has no associates that joined the firm before 2004, but Davis Polk has announced that it will grant $42,500 to associates from the class of 2003 above. Individual bonuses will also be awarded to counsel and other attorneys with special arrangements.
