Managing partner of Scottish firm Dundas & Wilson steps down
The managing partner of Scottish firm [Dundas & Wilson 1731, Donald Shaw,] has resigned from the post with immediate effect, returning to full-time fee-earning.
The move will come as a shock to some, but the firm's chairman David Hardie said that he "welcomed" the news that Shaw would "concentrate his considerable talent on our clients".
Dundas & Wilson has seen some tough times of late, if the recent news of mass redundancies is anything to go by.
