Quinn Emanuel leads the pack on spring bonuses

Quinn Emmanuel has become one of the first large law firms to announce the award of spring bonuses, and though the figures have not yet been released, a firm memo from founding partner John Quinn indicated that the amounts will be determined roughly on the basis of seniority and level of sacrifice. Other firms have been sluggish in announcing spring bonuses this year, despite the fact that profits are up. Cravath Swaine & Moore and Sullivan & Cromwell are though of as the market leaders when it comes to bonuses, with other firms adjusting their compensation scheme to match, but so far this season they have not announced any bonus award.
