DWF posts 23% revenue growth
DWF has reported a 23 per cent increase in revenue from £83 million to £102 million. The figures represent the firm’s 19th consecutive year of revenue growth and its third consecutive year of dobule-digit growth.
Profits per equity partner grew by 7 per cent from £388,000 to £415,000
The strongest performing practice groups at the firm were the insurance and energy and infrastructure teams, the public sector and food teams and the financial services team. The firm has merged with Newcastle insurance specialist Crutes and Birmingham insurance boutique Buller Jeffries in the past year, which together added around £8m to its turnover.
Managing partner Andrew Leaitherland commented: “The continued growth across all of our sector groups serves to highlight our specialist approach and knowledge of the markets in which our clients operate. With new offices opening in Birmingham and Newcastle, we have strengthened our national offering, which has been further supported by the appointments of leading sector specialists.”
