Dundas & Wilson lost two top partners last week. According to reports, litigator Martin Thomas resigned after a series of public disputes with the firm's joint Managing Partners. And banking partner John Pike is also heading for the exit, after spending just a few months with the firm. According to rumour Pike, who was previously Chief Executive at Stephenson Harwood, refused to buy into the firm's equity, causing conflict with other partners.
